"I think if I had to express my overall experience in one word I’d say, “basic”. This is just one of those places that is overhyped due to aesthetics. There’s nothing bad about the food, it’s just not worth the hype. Friend got the Oreo donut, which I tried & it tasted of pure sugar. I got the crème brûlée donut, which was good, but something I could have got at most other donut places closer to home. The early riser sandwich was fine, but like another review noted, only thing different about it from everywhere else is the focaccia bread. The strawberry matcha was yummy, but tasted more like strawberry milk than anything, the matcha is a cream, so I feel you have to really stir it in to mix them well, but with paper straws, that’s impossible to do. Overall, a nice place, has a good aesthetic & the staff are really kind, but not worth making the trip if you’re not near the Gold Coast."

"Delicious sandwiches! We loved both the Chicken Schnitty and Salami sandwiches. The staff were kind enough to warn us the chicken sando would take 15mins prepare. Will be back to try the coffee and baked goods in the future."

"Love!!!! My absolute favourite place to get a coffee. The place itself is so aesthetic. I love that they use bonsoy which is my favourite milk. The customer service is incredible, I love how they always double check if it's on soy when I forget to mention it or am ordering for someone else. You can tell a lot of love and care has been invested into this cafe. Also the vego sandwich slaps!! And all the cookies and donuts look incredible. I've been meaning to make my way through there drink menu but keep going back to the doughed matcha and vanilla iced latte because they are I always make an effort to pop in when I'm visiting the gold coast :)"

"Got the strawberry matcha which was really nice and didnt have too strong an aftertaste, however it was quite thick. The sandwiches were also great. The chicken schnitzel sandwich was still steaming it was so fresh. The reuben was also really good. Loved the bread. As someone who's wuite fussy about bread, the texture and taste were both definitely to my liking. The bread was almost like brioche, but not so sweet. The cookies and cream donut was also pretty good, not TOO sweet, but still satisfied my sweet tooth. Friendly staff who were happy to double check allergens. Plenty of free parking in the area."

"Doughed cookies & doughnuts are delicious The staff are always friendly & helpful. There is plenty of free parking onsite. Plenty of tables/chairs to sit, eat, enjoy & relax. The salted caramel & pretzel cookie is scrumptious, with gooey caramel surprise in the middle."

"This was my first time to eat at Doughed, and it did not dissapoint. We ordered a Chicken Snitzel sandwich with slaw and spicy mayo. The girl explained the chicken is cooked fresh and it would take about 20 minutes. Which was no problem and it was super fresh, hot and crispy when it arrived. The bread was also delicious. Kind of like a focacia style bread roll, not sure, but it tasted so good. We also ordered a pack of 4 donuts to take home for dessert that night. These were all very delicious and I could not fault any of the flavours (oreo, gaytime, biscoff and Churro), however my favourite was the Churro donut. There was a few flavours already sold out at lunchtime which was dissapointing, but I guess you need to get in quick. I really wanted to try the Brulee donut. Some are probably more popular than others, but I would have thought they would account for that and have backups! Restaurant was basic with bences on each side in side and then tables outside to sit. Very clean and tidy and benches tables clean also."
